In any comparison, you appear as, say, "Critical-access hospital (TX)". Your name, your agency's name, and your document itself are never shown to another hospital.

Your file sits in private, access-controlled storage. Each time it is opened, its hash is checked against the record of the file you sent, so nothing can be swapped or altered unnoticed.
